What we do

When people ask what we do, the simple answer is this:
we build things properly.

The millwork you see here is made in our Vancouver shop by local craftspeople. Our team is made up of Red Seal journeymen and apprentices who care deeply about the details most people never notice: the joinery behind a panel, the way a drawer closes, the feel of a finished edge under your hand.

My background is in furniture making. That foundation shapes how I approach cabinetry and millwork. Furniture has to last, it has to function beautifully, and it has to feel good to live with every day. I bring those same principles to every kitchen, built-in, and interior system we produce: honest durability, thoughtful design, and real function.

Over the years, I’ve worked extensively on custom built-ins, pieces designed to fit not just a space, but a person’s life. That experience has taught me that good millwork shows off through its restraint. It’s about proportion, material honesty, and making something that quietly supports how you live.

We build everything in-house, and we install everything we build. That continuity matters. It means the same team responsible for the craftsmanship in our shop is accountable for how it performs in your home. There’s no handoff where quality gets lost.

The truth is, a well-built, resolved interior is easy to accomplish when you work with people who care.
